It’s set on Earth after a nuclear war engulfs the planet, and cybernetic soldiers have been developed. You play one of these cyber-commandos, but whether there is any more plot than that is unclear at the moment. A true homage to 80s action movies wouldn’t need anything like a sensible plot, of course.
